  • Prepare Your Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
